BOARD CHAIR'S WELCOME

Supporting and encouraging the development and success of local businesses for the benefit of our vibrant communities. That is the mission of the Winnetka-Northfield-Glencoe Chamber of Commerce, which we’re excited to continue to enhance in 2025.

For more than a century, our chamber has been a robust organization focused on the local communities it serves. It continues to provide members a prominent presence and voice in the community.

There are numerous networking opportunities provided by the chamber, such as Business for Breakfast and Let’s Do Lunch. These events take place regularly, as well as after-hours get togethers, an annual golf outing and other programs, many in partnership with neighboring North Shore chambers.

The chamber is very active in its local communities and provides premier services in conjunction with the three villages it serves. One example is the beloved Winnetka Farmers Market. Always well attended, it provides many of our members an opportunity to showcase their businesses and attracts many vendors. It provides a place for the public to gather, shop at the market and nearby businesses, visit with friends and listen to live music. We are fortunate to have local vendors and farmers all the way from Michigan who commit to attending weekly, making this event a highlight of the North Shore and a staple of the community.

The chamber partners with local villages and park districts by participating in many of their events and organizing several other community events each year. Summer sidewalk sales in Winnetka, Northfield and Glencoe help bring in new business to the merchants who participate as does the Red Invitation Sale during the holiday season. Halloween Hello is a treasured annual tradition in Glencoe where kids in the neighborhood are invited out for early trick-or-treating. Tree lighting ceremonies are cherished traditions in all three villages as is the holiday window decorating contest where merchants provide festive decorations in their store windows.

The Winnetka Music Festival has grown into a beloved tradition held every June. Since its inception, the event has been a tremendous success and continues to gain popularity year after year. The Chamber has worked closely with the founders from the very beginning, collaborating on the committee that brings exceptional national and international musicians to our village for two unforgettable days each summer.

Each year, the chamber recognizes local individuals and business leaders for their significant accomplishments and contributions to the betterment of the community. The Recognition luncheon is sold out year after year as the community gathers to celebrate those who are so important to the community. We are grateful for the first responders, educators and many others we celebrate at this annual event.

In the past year, two new initiatives have been initiated by the chamber, Shop the Shore, helping to drive business into local merchants, and Solopreneurs, focused on promoting entrepreneurs who have home-based businesses. Both initiatives have gotten off to a great start and we look forward to the success they will continue to bring.

The list of events and initiatives goes on and on. The chamber is here to help its members, partner with others in the community and do its part in continuing to make the North Shore a vibrant community. The chamber staff, led by Terry Dason, is second to none, dedicated to supporting the community, creating value for its members and keeping a focus on the chamber’s mission. I strongly encourage anyone with interest to join us for one of our events or contact the chamber office with any questions.

I’m proud to be involved in this chamber and am committed to helping it provide quality, value and expertise to members and our community.

A Message from the Winnetka-Northfield-Glencoe Chamber of Commerce

Dear Residents and Business Owners,

At the Winnetka-Northfield-Glencoe Chamber of Commerce (WNGCC), we understand that a Chamber is so much more than just a place for networking events or ribbon-cutting ceremonies. Too many business owners and community members still don’t fully grasp the true value of a Chamber or the broad range of services it offers. At WNGCC, we are committed to changing that by sharing the powerful story of how our work benefits not only businesses, but the entire community.

Chambers drive economic growth, advocate for businesses, and connect entrepreneurs with critical resources. Through these efforts, we foster an environment where local businesses can thrive and continue to be the heartbeat of our community, creating jobs, serving customers, and strengthening the local economy.

From the Winnetka Farmers’ Market, where local vendors, artisans, and businesses showcase the best of what our area has to offer, to the Annual Recognition Lunch honoring outstanding employees, volunteers, and community leaders, the Chamber is the driving force behind it all. We also organize the Sidewalk Sales in Winnetka, Northfield, and Glencoe, creating exciting shopping experiences that help businesses make room for new seasonal items.

Beyond these events, the Chamber provides valuable networking, education, and resources for our members, helping them grow, thrive, and build lasting connections. Through advocacy, education, and opportunities for success, we play a vital role in supporting businesses and empowering them to flourish.

However, if some still don’t fully understand the Chamber’s impact, it’s not due to lack of effort, it’s because we haven’t always communicated our story effectively. It’s time for Chambers to step up and tell the world just how essential they are to the success of local businesses and the health of our communities.

The Winnetka Police Department provides law enforcement services to the community, including crime prevention, parking enforcement, animal control and a variety of safety, public education and social service programs. Upon request, the department conducts home and business security surveys and vacation home watch services.

A school resource officer is assigned to New Trier High School. The police also work closely with the other public and private schools in the community to promote a safe learning environment.

In order to provide a higher degree of safety and security to the community, the Winnetka Police Department is an active member of various Inter-Governmental Mutual Aid Groups. The Winnetka Fire Department consists of the following career fire personnel: fire chief, deputy chief, 22 firefighter/paramedics, a public safety analyst and four part-time fire inspectors. The department is a member of the regional emergency dispatch center (RED Center), which makes it part of a centralized emergency dispatch center serving area fire departments. Emergency medical dispatch provides pre-arrival instructions such as CPR before paramedics arrive. The Fire Prevention Bureau conducts inspections for Winnetka, Northfield, Kenilworth and Glencoe.

The public education division provides Winnetka residents of all ages with preventive life safety information. The department conducts home safety surveys for residents on request and will arrange, when possible, to have a fire engine visit your next block party. Educational tours of the fire station are conducted on Fridays for all organizations including Scouts, preschool groups and other youth groups. The Northfield Fire-Rescue Department was established in 1939 with 20 volunteer firefighters in the organization. Today the department operates with 44 part-time Fire-Rescue staff who bring expertise from around the Chicago area.

The Fire-Rescue department operates the station at 1800 Winnetka Road and covers a 3-square-mile area within the Village, in addition to participation in a mutual aid system with neighboring communities.

The Glencoe Public Safety Department’s mission is to provide the highest level of public safety services to everyone, in cooperation with the community in a partnership of equality and integrity, in a spirit of unity and mutual trust. The department was established in 1954 when the village combined the police and fire departments into one single, cross-trained department.

Today, village officers are cross-trained as certified police officers, firefighters and medical first responders. This level of efficiency allows the village to provide a high level of emergency services to the community at a reduced cost when compared to municipalities utilizing traditional, separate police, fire and emergency medical components.

In 2024, Winnetka welcomed 18 businesses that were new or expanded: Alexandra Kaehler Designs, Anne Loucks Art Gallery, Arch, c/o Gallery, Compass Realty, Corner Bahn Mi Vietnamese Restaurant, Donahoe Pediatrics, Edward Deegan Architects, Fondita Miguel, got?art Contemporary Studio, Hewn Bread, John Plunkett Interiors, Lunk and Hancy Art Gallery, NSWE Special Events, Smith’s Men’s Store, Styles and Smiles, Wellyhaus, plus a pop-up retail store from Kjus. Winnetka’s thriving dining scene continues to attract clientele from around the North Shore. Many restaurants offer outdoor dining on the sidewalk or on a private patio in spring and summer, or in personal greenhouses or under heated awnings during the winter. The village has a dedicated economic development coordinator who provides assistance to business owners as they navigate opening a business, zoning concerns, expansions, and village services.

The village co-hosts annual community celebrations including Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Veterans Day and the tree lighting in Dwyer Park, and is proud to be a sponsor of special events, including the Winnetka Music Festival, Art in the Village, the Winnetka Children’s Fair, First Fridays in Hubbard Woods, Art Attack! and Small Business Saturday.

We know our neighbors and support our local businesses. The village continues to evolve and supports many initiatives that are important to our residents.

Our local businesses have shown remarkable growth, reinventing themselves to adapt to the change in workplace culture and the new era of work from home. This achievement has significantly contributed to our village's financial stability. The past several years have ended with a surplus, and thanks to very prudent financial management, Northfield had its AAA bond rating reaffirmed and is now in its strongest financial position in decades.

Our Community Development team and Plan and Zoning Commission continue to review our zoning code to ensure we are a welcoming community for investment in our central business district and the surrounding commercial areas. We believe in partnering with developers to provide quick and realistic feedback through our Preliminary Plan Review process, enabling them to better understand our philosophy around development and growth.

Our commitment to providing exceptional services and fostering an environment conducive to growth has been unwavering. We take immense pride in the successful completion of the water meter upgrade program and the latest mandate to replace lead pipes from our network. This project provides a 50/50 expense split between the village and the homeowner and demonstrates our commitment to provide safe water service to our residents.

Furthermore, this community’s efforts in environmental initiatives have not gone unnoticed. We are dedicated to ensuring the preservation of our precious ecological resources and fostering a sustainable environment for generations to come. The progress made on the Skokie Valley Trail, which will connect much of the North Shore via a bike and walking path, serves as a testament to our dedication to enhancing our village's connectivity. We are especially proud that the routing will bring the trail through our downtown area to further support our local businesses.

A council-manager form of government serves the residents of Northfield. The village board consists of a village president and a six-member board of trustees elected for staggered terms of four years. The president and board are responsible for establishing policies, enacting ordinances, approving expenses and appointing the village manager, village treasurer and members of the various boards and commissions.

The village manager is the chief administrative officer. The duties of the manager include appointing the village attorney, engineer and prosecutor; overseeing all the operations of all village departments, including community development, finance, fire-rescue, police and public works; and ensuring the enforcement of ordinances, policies and rules established by the board. The village manager is also responsible for advising the board on the establishment of new policies, preparation of the annual budget, appointment of all village employees and review and supervision of departmental performances.

The Takiff Center is the park district’s main office and features a gymnasium, meeting and activity rooms, a community hall, early childhood enrichment classrooms and preschool facility. The Weinberg Family Recreation Center houses two artificial outdoor lighted ice rinks, activity rooms and rental space. Adjacent to the facility is Watts Park, which features two tennis courts, a ball field, one nine-hole disc golf course, a sled hill and soccer fields. Glencoe Beach is both a boating and swimming beach facility.

The Village of Glencoe is a charming community far removed from the hustle and bustle of the big city, with a population of 8,715 residents. Glencoe was incorporated on March 29, 1869, and has a rich history of local government innovation. The village became the first community in the state of Illinois to adopt a council-manager form of government in 1914 and is the only fully integrated public safety agency in the world accredited in both law enforcement and fire services.

Located nearly 25 miles north of Chicago, Glencoe is bordered by Lake Michigan to the east, the Village of Winnetka to the south, the Cook County Forest Preserve and Village of Northbrook to the west and the City of Highland Park to the north.

Glencoe has a council-manager form of government. Home rule governance authority was granted by voters in 2024. The village president and six village trustees make up the village board and are the legislative officials of the village.

The village board appoints the village manager, who oversees day-to-day operations. The village manager’s office is responsible for providing overall direction and administration of policies and programs established by the village president and board of trustees and coordinating activities of the village’s operating departments: administration and finance, development services, public safety and public works. The village also owns and operates the Glencoe Golf Club, a 100-year-old public golf course.

The village president appoints members of volunteer committees and commissions with the advice and consent of the board of trustees. The village takes pride in engaging around 60 volunteers on various committees and commissions in any given year.

Representing Northbrook, most of Glenview and part of Northfield, Northfield Township provides residents with a variety of services, including assistance with property tax and real estate assessment questions, voter registration and passport services and passport photos. Other services by Northfield Township are Dial-a-Ride (a subsidized tax program), temporary disability parking placards plus road maintenance in unincorporated areas.

The township also offers general and emergency assistance for residents in financial need and operates a food pantry.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

The pantry provides perishable and non-perishable food, household and personal items and grocery store gift cards to residents who are food insecure.

WINNETKA FARMERS' MARKET

Now in its 8th season in downtown Winnetka (after 40+ years in Northfield), the Winnetka Farmers’ Market has become a Saturday ritual for residents of our communities.

Located at the Winnetka Metra Station, 754 Elm Street and Station Park, the Market is a unique and successful collaboration of the Winnetka-Northfield-Glencoe (WNG) Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Winnetka and the Winnetka Park District. (Both the Village Council and the Park District attend the Market each Saturday).

For 2025, the Market will open on May 31st and run for 22 consecutive Saturdays through October 25, 7:30a to 12:30p, rain or shine. In 2024, the Market drew an estimated 40,000 shoppers over the season, but our goal is not to set attendance records. Our focus is attracting the best vendors we can for the communities we serve. The Market is accessible by car, bicycle, foot, bus, train, stroller and leash (yes, our Market is dog-friendly).

The Market features over 40 full-time vendors each Saturday, with farmers and bakers from Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan selling the freshest in-season produce: vegetables, fruit, berries, flowers, breads, cheese, meats and fish. Craft vendors are also welcome at the Market, offering hand-made, unique items that our shoppers find very tempting. Great gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and the holidays!

Local merchants, who are Chamber of Commerce members, can also display and sell their products as part of their annual membership. Last year, over 50 chamber members and not-for-profit organizations took advantage of this membership perk.

Music is a key component of the Market experience. For 2025, listen and look for plenty of local musicians at the Market. The result is a Farmers’ Market with a very social “vibe,” where families can meet up with neighbors, friends and schoolmates for a cup of coffee and a croissant in a safe, relaxing and welcoming environment.

Terry Dason, President of the WNG Chamber of Commerce and co-chair of the Winnetka Farmers’ Market, perfectly captures the vibrant energy of the market, stating: "The market's ever-evolving nature, with a fresh wave of exciting vendors and events every Saturday, sparks tremendous support from residents and amplifies its role as a beloved community gathering spot—offering a fantastic opportunity for people to connect and celebrate the weekend!"

“The Market needs to evolve each year by adding new and compelling vendors,” said Rockey Flintermann, a local resident and Chamber Board member who has managed the Market since 2018. “2025 will be no different, with six regional farmers, five local bakeries, beef, poultry, fish, craft beer and mixers, cider, kombucha and coffee If you come with an appetite, on-site vendors will serve breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, tamales, tacos, pastries and falafels. And lots of frozen ice treats for the kids!”

The award-winning Winnetka Music Festival, now in its ninth year, is back in the streets of downtown for the 2-day fest, Friday & Saturday, June 20 -21, 2025.

This year’s festival brings an electrifying lineup, headlined by The Revivalists, known for their anthemic hits and powerhouse live performances, and Cold War Kids, a beloved alt-rock band with a soulful, blues-infused sound.

Joining them on the bill are Natasha Bedingfield, the British pop sensation behind Unwritten, and Pete Yorn, an acclaimed singer-songwriter known for his emotive storytelling and indie-rock appeal. This year’s lineup continues to expand with an exciting mix of genres, including jam band EGGY, indie-pop outfit Winnetka Bowling League, rising country artist Carter Faith, and alt-rock duo Illiterate Light, ensuring something for every music fan.

The last three years of the fest have sold out as the festival continues the excitement and pride for the Village of Winnetka by giving suburban families access to a premier, high-quality music experience in a convenient familiar setting – their own backyard.

This year, the festival continues to benefit from the collaboration with Evanston SPACE, a highly respected Chicago music brand that owns some of the city’s most iconic music venues: The Salt Shed (Morton Salt factory), Thalia Hall (Pilsen), The Promontory (jazz), The Empty Bottle (Western Ave), and SPACE’s outdoor summer concert series Out of Space. In 2024, SPACE expanded its offerings with the inaugural Evanston Folk Festival, further enriching the local music scene. This partnership allows SPACE and Valslist Music to curate an unparalleled lineup that appeals to casual fans and superfans alike while maintaining the intimate, neighborhood feel that sets this festival apart.

The festival kicks off on Friday, June 20 at 5 p.m., with music across two stages including four acts performing on the Main Stage. On Saturday, June 21, the fest reopens at noon with the Family Stage (located on the lawn north end of Lincoln Avenue) offering free music and interactive experiences for kids of all ages, through 2 p.m. After that, music opens up on three stages: Main Stage (in the Winnetka Community House parking lot), South Stage (on Lincoln Avenue south of Elm Street), and ValsList Chapel Stage (north on Lincoln Avenue in the historic Winnetka Chapel). The music Saturday ranges from some of the best emerging talent in the country to local musicians to top national bands.

Beyond the music, the festival is a highlight of the summer social calendar, offering food trucks, beer gardens, and local fare, all within an easily walkable setting. It’s the perfect event to connect with friends, entertain out-of-towners, and kick off the summer with an unforgettable weekend of music and community.

Following the approval of a $14.7 million bond referendum in November, the Glencoe Park District is now in the planning stages of preserving and enhancing several vital community assets.

"Without a tax increase, the referendum funds will be used to update Glencoe Beach's playground, sun shelters, boat house, beach house, boardwalk, and access ramps," said Erin Classen, Glencoe Park District Superintendent of Marketing and Communications. Additionally, the funds will cover the development of a new maintenance facility, updates to the Takiff ball field, and the construction of a new greenhouse.

Classen mentioned that these projects will be executed in phases over the next four years, starting with replacing the district's greenhouse this summer.

This summer will also see significant upgrades to the West Park ballfields and racket courts, funded by a $600,000 OSLAD matching grant awarded by the State of Illinois. The Park District also plans to update the racket courts at Shelton Park and the playground at Milton.

The Park District has a packed schedule in 2025. The whole family can enjoy the Glencoe .500 power wheels race at the Takiff Center (June 14), the Summer Splash at Glencoe Beach (June 21), the Independence Day Parade in Downtown Glencoe, and the Cardboard Regatta (July 17) and Beach Campout at Glencoe Beach (July 18-19).

This spring, the Garden will host a number of flower shows including the Midwest Daffodil Society Show (April 26-27), the Central States Dahlia Society Sale (May 3-4), the Midwest Bonsai Society Spring Show & Sale (May 17-18), and the Ikebana International Show (June 14-15).

“We offer Adult Education classes and workshops year-round as well as Free Admission Days each month for Illinois residents,” said Erin Benassi, Chicago Botanic Garden’s Director, Social Media & Public Relations.

Established in 1921, the Glencoe Golf Club “has grown to become one of the finest public golf facilities on the North Shore.” The challenging par-72 course with tree-lined fairways and undulating greens “is surrounded by nature, bordered by the Cook County Forest Preserve Woods and the Chicago Botanic Garden, so it is truly an escape from the city,” said Stella Nanos, who is in her 19th season as the Glencoe Golf Club’s General Manager.

Glencoe Golf Club’s junior golf camps for various skill levels are always popular, and the club has one of the “most robust senior programs on the North Shore, offering special rates to golfers 60 and up with no residency restrictions.”

Also located at the Glencoe Golf Club is the Glencoe Village Croquet Club, which began its second full year of operation in 2025. “Open day plays last year were very popular, as well as National Croquet Day,” Nanos said. “The majority of new membership had never played croquet before and have now become regular players.”

As it has since it was founded in 1957, the Northfield Park District continues to grow “to meet the recreational needs of the community by delivering the highest quality parks, facilities and programs.” An example of this is the continued updates to Willow Park, one of the park district’s three parks (Clarkson Park and Fox Meadow Park are the others). Buoyed by a $405,000 state grant received in 2023, “a split-rail fence with wire mesh was installed along the north west area of our park in September 2024,” said Sammie Jacob, Northfield Park District Recreation Specialist, Marketing and Programs. “This project will be going out to bid with construction hopefully set to be underway this spring.”

The Northfield Park District will again bring the community together for a number of annual events, all of which will be held at either Willow Park or Clarkson Park. Events include the Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt (April 19), Market & Music (Wednesdays from June 11-Aug. 6), the 4th of July Event, the Clarkson Cookout (Sept. 6), Boo Bash (Oct. 24), and Holiday Fest (Dec. 3).

While the Winnetka Park District continues to engage the community to help guide its strategic vision over the next
10 years, it is making progress on a number of projects.

There will be a reopening celebration at Happ Road Park this spring to mark the completion of the playground renovations – the first in 25 years. Finishing the resurfacing work at the park is dependent on the weather, said Kate Erickson, Marketing and Communications at the Winnetka Park District.

Work on the woodlands at Bell Woods and Crow Island will begin this year, and the outdoor courts at the A.C. Nielsen Tennis Center will also be renovated, Erickson said.

The Park District also continues to invest in the Winnetka Waterfront 2030 plan and “is looking to complete projects at both Elder Lane and Centennial Park Beach in the near future.”

Some of the many Winnetka Park District events happening this spring include the Doggie Egg Hunt at West Elm Park (April 12), the 52nd Annual Egg Hunt at Little Duke Field (April 19), the Ladies Round Robin Tennis Tournament at the A.C. Nielsen Tennis Center (April 25), the Annual Ice Show at Winnetka Ice Arena (May 2-3), Summer Kickoff at the Beach at Tower Beach (May 3), and the Memorial Day Observance on May 26 (parade starts at 10am with the ceremony at Village Green Park beginning at 10:30am).

Winnetka Golf Club’s 9- and 18-hole courses are back open for a full season in 2025 after both underwent extensive renovations.

Led by Libertyville-based Jacobson Golf Course Design, the 18-month renovation project was completed last August. The 18-hole course has “a new retention pond along the 18th hole which allows for improved stormwater retention and drainage throughout the property,” said Miles Tucker, General Manager of the Winnetka Golf Club since April 2024. “Fairways were renovated with mounds and undulations to allow for drainage, bunkers were renovated
with liners and new sand, and
greens, tees, and rough
were regrassed.”

will host a CDGA KemperSports Two-Person Scramble (May 21), the Winnetka Open (July 12-13), a Western Amateur Qualifier (July 27), and an Illinois State Mid-Amateur Championship qualifier (Aug. 6).

Green Bay Trail

Green Bay Trail runs for nearly 9 miles along the path of a former railroad track and parallel to Metra’s Union Pacific North line from Wilmette to Glencoe, with 2.24 of those miles running through Winnetka.

Walkers, joggers and bicyclists can be found enjoying the trail from dawn to dusk throughout every season. Most of the path is paved and wheelchair accessible, with parking at every Metra station, where trail entrances, and restrooms, are located.

The Village of Winnetka and the Friends of the Green Bay Trail have partnered to restore the natural areas of the trail that run through town, removing invasive species and replanting with native seeds, shrubs and grasses. Additionally, Glencoe Park District will be holding a free event July 26 to celebrate the trail’s restored beauty with recreational activities, a butterfly hatchery, trail history, and more, located between Shelton Park and Hubbard Woods.

PARK DISTRICT BORDERS

Three park districts serve the Village of Northfield. The Northfield Park District boundaries coincide in general with those of Sunset Ridge School District #29 and include much of the unincorporated area north and west of the village. The southeast part of Northfield is the Winnetka Park District, and a small area in the southwest section corresponding to Glenview District #34 is located in the Glenview Park District. However, any resident who lives in Northfield receives resident rates for programs held inside the Community Center.

The Northfield Park District includes three parks (Willow Park, Clarkson Park and Fox Meadow) and the Northfield Community Center. Bordered on the east by the Skokie Lagoons Forest Preserve and Erickson Woods on the south, the village offers miles of scenic parks and recreational areas.

PARKS AND FACILITIES

Northfield Community Center
The Community Center is the hub of activities including classes, sports practices, fitness workouts, special events, birthday parties and meetings. The facility includes a full-sized gymnasium, fitness center, fitness studio, Residents Center (multi-purpose room) and Community Conference room. The Residents Center is available for meetings or children’s birthday parties and has an ADA-compliant kitchen space attached. The Community Conference room has a 70-inch flat-screen TV, full AV capability, access to a kitchenette and is also available to rent.

FITNESS Center
The convenient, bright, ADA-compliant Fitness Center offers a comfortable space with state-of-the-art equipment throughout, dedicated areas for cardio, weights and stretching, personal training and member-only restrooms and showers. Enjoy your workouts even more with the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows that wrap around the Fitness Center, bringing in natural light and wonderful views of Willow Park. A variety of memberships are available or pay a daily fee.

WILLOW PARK
Northfield’s largest complex consists of four lighted ballfields, two lighted soccer fields, two tennis courts and six pickleball courts. There’s also a half-mile pathway with fitness stations and a picnic shelter that can accommodate up to 75 people.

CLARKSON PARK
Clarkson Park has been the heart of Northfield since it was established more than 60 years ago. The park features a playground, splash pad, pavilion and a bandshell. Clarkson Lodge can be rented April-November and is the ideal setting for celebrations, meetings and corporate outings. In winter, the area in front of Clarkson Lodge is turned into a seasonal outdoor ice rink which is typically open from December-February, weather permitting. Many of the park district’s special events including summer Wednesday nights Market & Music and the fall Clarkson Cookout are held at Clarkson Park.

Exciting developments are around the corner as we get closer to the groundbreaking to replace our 100+ year old clubhouse and unveil a new state-of-the-art facility. The finished product will be a building that the community will be proud to support.

The golf course will remain open with no planned closures or disruptions, allowing golfers to experience the meticulously maintained course that has earned its reputation as a premier golfing destination on the North Shore.
