From Our Members
The West Chester ▪ Liberty Chamber Alliance has been a wonderful boost to our business and our lives. My husband and I began Packaging Systems Design 25 years ago. We were interested in getting involved with the community and facilitated a meeting with Joe Hinson. I can’t believe this was 20 years ago. I asked if there was a committee I might volunteer with and fell into The Ambassador Committee. I felt it would be nice to stay a year. Well, 20 years later, I am still on that committee. It has helped our business tremendously, especially with our side business on the same property of what is now called Linc Systems. I continue to volunteer and can’t stress enough that anyone interested in a truly professional Chamber, you would absolutely benefit from The West Chester ▪ Liberty Chamber Alliance.
– Sherri Gordon, Linc Systems
“I’ve always believed in the mantra ‘friends do business with friends,’ and that’s exactly why I joined the West Chester ▪ Liberty Chamber Alliance back in 1999. I’ve benefited both personally and professionally thanks to the many connections I’ve made in my 20 plus years as a member.”
– Steven D. Nguyen, Partner, The Hackman Financial Group, Inc.
“I joined the WCLCA soon after I started our business 10 years ago. I handle the hotel accommodations for sporting events in the area and joined so that I could be more involved in the community. The resources that are provided and the networking events are extraordinary for the small business owner. At every event, I am guaranteed to walk away with new knowledge or an opportunity to build a friendship or business relationship with another professional. Being an Ambassador for the Chamber has provided me the opportunity to interact with so many other professionals from different areas of expertise which has added to my own professional and personal development. The membership and staff at WCLCA are so welcoming to all members and are the best Chamber around!”
– Laurie Santel, Owner, Stay, Play, Made Simple LLC
“The West Chester - Liberty Chamber Alliance has been a great resource for me personally and professionally. The Chamber staff is fantastic at connecting people with possibilities. Membership has brought me both business and lasting friendships that have enriched my life.”
– Britt Scearce, Business Development, WesBanco
“Cincinnati Custom Signs wants to give a big “shout out” to Tri-State Heating and Cooling for their excellent service this fall! CCS moved into our new-to-us facilities earlier in the year knowing we would eventually need to replace the older units on our building. Although the former company had assured us that everything was in sufficient working order, we soon found out that in fact the units did not work and they would have to be replaced promptly prior to cold weather setting in. Having made a great Chamber connection with Amanda Poling-Edens, formerly of Tri-State Heating and Cooling, we naturally reached out to them as well as a few other companies for their services. Even though Tri-State focuses on residential services, because of the relationship we have built over the years through our networking, Tri-State took on the challenge after several other commercial companies failed to even respond. Tri-State Heating and Cooling’s team was fast, efficient and dependable, getting the job completed in record time!
– Twyla Heinlein, Cincinnati Custom Signs
“MSP Design has been a member of the West Chester - Liberty Chamber Alliance for more than 25 years. It has proven to be a true partner in helping our business grow. They understand the essence of our business and have gone out of their way to facilitate meaningful connections that have resulted in long-term business partnerships.”
– Jose Castrejon ASLA, LEED AP, President, McGill Punshon, Inc.
“The West Chester ▪ Liberty Chamber Alliance is a powerful partnership for the Foundation, helping us stay in touch with the local business community and connect with leaders who want to make a difference. The Chamber is always among the first to help us celebrate a milestone or gather support to address a local need, and we value their partnership over the past 20 years!”
– Erin Satzger, President/CEO, Northern Cincinnati Foundation
“I joined the West Chester ▪ Liberty Chamber Alliance as a way to provide varied benefits to our business. What I found was so much more! The resources and networking opportunities themselves are worth their weight in gold! Our business has thrived with our participation in WCLCA, with exposure, credibility and all the networking opportunities we are provided with. WCLCA helps our community thrive and grow. As part of the Board of Directors of the WCLCA, I have a wider influence in our community, where I am able to provide a voice for other chamber members.”
– Jennifer McKenzie, Director of Sales and Marketing, Marriott Hotels
“Dr. Masood Ahmad and I strongly feel as a part of the business community that the WCLCA is an excellent way to be in connection with other businesses, non-profits and community leaders and serve the region collectively. We really like the fact that not only are programming and services offered but there are opportunities for connections with businesses as well as non-profits in order to do service for our region. This has included things such as the Character Council, Caring Community Collaborative as well as outstanding programs such as Women of Excellence. The great part is that there has been a sincere effort to be inclusive and leverage the growing diversity of our region.”
– Shakila Ahmad, Former Business Director, Allergy and Asthma Specialty Center
“My relationship with the WCLCA plays a huge role in my business. Through the Chamber, I am able to stay connected with an impressive group of professionals, and my connections here have not only resulted in significant friendships but also in new business to the bank. This organization is led by a very capable staff who truly care about the success of my business.”
– Mike Peters, Senior Loan Officer, RiverHills Bank Mortgage Lending
As a transplant from Cincinnati to just over the border in Indiana, making the drive to chamber events is always worth it because of the wonderful sense of community and support present at each one. I joined WCLCA because I believe that small businesses are the heart and soul of a community and I found that WCLCA shares the same view. I really appreciate how they work to support and champion for small businesses and the community.
– Sara Uhlenbrock-Heath, UHLSEE Branding & Design
If you work north of Cincinnati or have customers along the I-75 corridor you must be a part of the West Chester ▪ Liberty Chamber Alliance. I have maintained a strong relationship with WCLCA through two employers. When I joined HP Energy, a Hightowers Petroleum affiliate, I was happy to see that Steve Hightower was already a member of the Chamber. Steve was the one who told me to stay involved. The WCLCA offers access and visibility to not only West Chester and Liberty, but the Butler and Warren County region.
My involvement has led to being a Member of the Board of Directors for the West Chester Liberty Chamber Alliance. What I find unique about the Chamber is how accessible the staff is. We are a Chamber of opportunity and are available to assist all that ask.
– Kevin L. Kellam, Director of Sales & Business Development, HP Energy
