Elects New Board Leadership
On December 12, CCSNJ held its annual meeting to elect a new slate of board officers and to elect and
re-elect directors to its board of 65 regional leaders. The election, a key governance event for the
organization, has brought together a diverse and skilled group of individuals committed to advancing the
Chamber’s mission.
At the meeting, the Chamber recognized its outgoing Chair Deborah A. Hays, Esq., partner and chair of
Archer & Greiner, P.C., for her leadership of the board for the last two years. She will now serve as
the immediate past chair and as a lifetime member of the board of directors. The membership elected the
fourth female and first-ever African American chair, Robin A. Walton, chief philanthropy officer &
senior vice president of external affairs for Inspira Health. Robin has been an active member of the
Chamber for over a decade serving as chair of the Chamber’s State Affairs Committee and as a
co-chair of the DEIB Advisory Board. Robin joined the board of directors in 2018 and was elected to
serve on the Executive Committee of the Board in 2019.
Anthony DiFabio, Psy.D., president & CEO of Acenda Integrated Health, will serve as vice chair of the
board after serving on the executive committee for four years and the board since 2020.
