Rockwall residents and visitors enjoy great access to more than 125 free live music shows each year. Warehouse (Dave Matthews Tribute Band) entertained the 3500+ audience under a beautiful July 2022 sunset along the shore of Lake Ray Hubbard at The Harbor Amphitheatre. Rockwall is the “Free Live Music Capital of North Texas”.

Welcome to Rockwall!

Kevin Fowler, Rockwall Mayor

Welcome to Rockwall. I am honored to be the Mayor of the City of Rockwall. I was elected as a City Councilmember in 2015, and elected as Mayor in 2021. In my experience, this Council is a team that works together for the best interest of the residents and business owners of Rockwall, and to best position Rockwall for continued growth and prosperity.

We strive as a Council to operate with one primary goal in mind—to make Rockwall a great place to live, work and play. Although we have seen considerable change in our fast-growing city over the last decade, one thing has remained constant. We have managed to retain that small-town culture that makes it a home. That has been a conscious decision, to guide development and growth in a direction that best serves our residents and the long-term goals of our community.

Beginning later this year, we are looking at the largest TxDOT expansion of I-30 in County history, which will eventually make our lives so much easier on the roadways getting to and from our fair city. In the interim, we will work collaboratively with commercial partners and community leaders to ensure Rockwall remains open for business. I welcome you to become an integral part of Rockwall by stepping up and actively volunteering. Your voice makes us all stronger, and I look forward to what we can accomplish together.
