As your local Ace Hardware, our store is a member of the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in
the world. Ace Hardware began as a small chain of stores in 1924 and has grown to include more than
5,300 locally owned and operated stores in 50 states and over 60 countries. Family-owned and operated,
our Lake County roots started July 1, 1962, in Round Lake, Illinois with a small 4,000 square foot store
in the plaza where, today, our 46,000 square foot store is. Thanks to our loyal customers and a great
management team and staff committed to excellence, we’ve grown through the years. Today, we have
nine stores located in the Chicagoland area. (Round Lake, Gurnee, Libertyville, Mundelein, Wauconda,
Grayslake, Antioch, McHenry, and Waukegan on Lewis & York House) As the helpful hardware folks, who live

CYN COUNSELING CENTER
For more than 40 years, the core of the CYN Counseling Center has remained to preserve and strengthen
families while protecting children from abusive or high-risk situations. Now, we are pleased to serve
all members of the community, including our most vulnerable populations, with general and specialized
support to meet our clients wherever they are in life. We provide a continuum of care that includes
education and advocacy, crisis support, specialty and generalized intervention and treatment, case
management, and evidenced-based mental wellness practice.
As a comprehensive, mental-health facility for all ages, CYN provides expansive programming and
specialty services in Lake and McHenry Counties.
This is a society where mental wellness is embraced, and all people have access to needed quality
