General Obligation Bond – Step 5: Architectural/Engineering Programming Schematics and Design City staff is working diligently with Brown Reynolds Watford Architects (BRW) to develop designs and renderings for the new Jimmy Burke Activity Center, Visitor Center and Museum, and Ella and Friends Dog Park. The design continues to develop and the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) has been selected, Rogers-O’Brien Construction. BRW has developed a plan for the relocation of the Ella and Friends Dog Park, generated conceptual designs for the Jimmy Burke Activity Center, Visitors Center and Museum, and redeveloped the parking lot design to accommodate outdoor festivities.
